Continuing in my tradition of copying bits out of Melody Maker (and
risking the wrath of IPC Magazines copyright lawyers?) I bring you a
little bit on the rumoured relationship between Jeff Buckley and Liz
Fraser. (Maybe you already know all this; anyway, here it is from
the horse's mouth.)

Caitlan Moran: "...did you and Liz Cocteau Twin `do' `it'? Everyone
        thought you were An Item some months back."
Jeff Buckley: "Oh no. *Oh no*". Jeff looks shocked. "We were just
        friends - very, very close friends. She's such a *good*
        person, so sweet. Fucking her would be like fucking a
        sister - no, Liz and I were never bed buddies. That was
        all lies."

So *that's* alright, then. I hope they get to duet some time, though.

Whem I met him at an in store at Tower in Austin, I asked him if he
was still seeing Elizabeth and how she was doing, he said pretty much
the same thing:

"I never went out with Elizbeth.  She is a dear dear friend and I
will love her until the day I die, but I never dated her."

Then I asked him about a duet, but he rolled his eyes and said no.

This is strange because I had heard from a girl, who had spoken to
Elizabeth backstage, who told me that when she asked Elizabeth if she
was married, that Elizabeth said she had a boyfriend back in London
named Jeff, but maybe not so strange since they like their privacy.

Anyway, it is not important.  Why do soap operas have such a grip?

I will be webifying the Propaganda article.  Real Cocteau Twin fans
will want to buy that issue because of the great photos that come with
it, and also that magazine deserves our vote in the form of revenue.

BTW, the article refers to her daughter as Lucy Bell, but isn't it
really Lucy-Belle or Lucybelle.  I am pretty sure it isn't Lucy Belle,
such then Belle would be a middle name.  The Mondo 2000 article
misspells Elizabeth's last name as Frazer, BTW.  Yuk!
