Subject: Aion Cover In a brave attempt to dispell the image of a reckless test tube watcher I subscribe to a weekly magazine called The Great Artists which focuses on a different artist every week. This week's issue concerned Hieronymus Bosch (1450-1516), the dude whose art appears on the cover of the DCD cover Aion. The album cover is actually just a SMALL excerpt from a 3-panelled alterpice (central panel 86.5"x76.25", side wings 86.5"x38.25") called "The Garden of Earthly Delights" (somehow this name rings a bell....??). It is really quite a stunning portrait. The two side panels depict Heaven and Hell respectively while the central panel concerns the "restless persuit of earthly pleasures where Bosch's figures engage in copulation and other arcane pleasures." The panel depicting hell is really interesting-a cross between a Dali and William Blake/Dante. This magazine should be freely available in all other commonwealth countries. It is issue 32. +-+-+-+-+-+-+ |Neil - "...give your kids an acid bath..." | Alien Sex Fiend-She's a Killer
