PRO-CD-6069 "In Every Ford" is the US sampler and comes in a generic styled Warner promo jewel case from 4AD. It has the caligraphy back card and orange/purple CD. My copy has a nifty orange sticker with HNIA and "Mouth By Mouth" and the inverted crown on it... HNIA2 from 4AD UK comes in a plastic sleeve with a generic silkscreened rice paper sheet sleeve inside. The disc itself is beutiful - v23 designed art with fonts very hard to read unless at the right angle but a very nice looking promo indeed. Both feature the same tracks: "In Every Ford", "Lip", "Drink, Dress and Ink", "Can't Go Wrong Without You" and "The Dirt Eaters".
