That's not to say she's not moved on, and if anything the later material seems even more subtle, and light of touch. One of Scandinavia's best-kept secrets. It eventually came out a year later on Warner Music UK. Sounding the most commercial she'll ever likely be, Stina almost sounds like an even wispier Juliana Hatfield. I'm not sure why the signing to 4AD fell apart but had she been on 4AD I'm positive the awareness of her music would be greater. Label support, although enough to keep her at Warner, has given her very little exposure. If you're willing to take a chance on a very unique songwriter, buy this album or one of Stina's others. She is fiercely untrendy, everything that 4AD has embodied in their signings. 4509-90767-2YS
