I know it has been released twice, but it is pretty hard to find.  I just
found mine after searching two years for it.  I don't know where to find it.
I believe the first time it came out was in 1991.

The track listing is: 1) Blue Christmas, 2) Silent Night, 3) What are you
doing on Christmas Eve? (the same song Rufus Wainwright does for the Gap ad),
and 4) Christmas Forever
