I was there with a couple of American pals a few months back - I think there were about three of his sleeves, Dizzy 10", and ummmm, errrrrr, I dunno what else sorry. What they do have, and I don't suppose they want the world to know, is a Print Room (which you have to make an appointment to visit) in which you can ask to view parts of the V&A collection - which just happens to include tens of v23 / 23envelope sleeves (actually, I think they include the records too if memory serves me right), and, wait for it!! Yes! They do have a copy of the LIAE box set!!!! I have touched one!!!
