Street in Westminster, running from Regent Street to Piccadilly Circus.

ILLU: The attack on Holmes occurred in Regent Street, outside the Cafe Royal. Holmes's attackers escaped by running through the restaurant and out into Glasshouse Street behind it. Holmes was carried to Charing Cross Hospital, and afterwards insisted upon being taken to his rooms in Baker Street.
